How long will my counselling continue for, and how do I get started?

The duration of counselling therapy depends on the client’s presenting goals, which may evolve throughout the course of treatment. As progress is made and goals are achieved, the counsellor and client will collaboratively begin moving toward the next steps, depending on how the client is doing. You can get started by reaching out for a consultation or booking an initial session to determine fit and discuss what may work best for you in your personal counselling journey.
